What residential homeowners can expect from start to finish!

Preparation

1. We pressure wash all paint surfaces with a house wash. This removes mildew, moss, flaking paint and other debris to ensure proper paint adhesion. We typically pressure wash 1 to 2 weeks in advance to allow for drying.
2. We will scrape all flaking paint not removed during pressure washing and prime all bare wood for better paint adhesion.
3. We’ll caulk all windows, doors and cracks.
4. We cover all non-paint areas to prevent spills, drips and overspray. Every precaution will be taken to protect your landscaping from paint and trampling. Some disturbance should be expected, but will return to normal shortly.

Painting

We spray two coats of paint to provide a full protective coat and backroll/backbrush after the first coat to force paint into any cracks and knots. The second coat is sprayed to even out the sheen and build up the paint. We’ll trim the house following the existing pattern or as you direct us.

Touch up and walk around for a final inspection are done as we near the finish. This ensures that all paint surfaces have been thoroughly covered and are completed neatly. Any touch up, if needed, will be completed on this final inspection to your total satisfaction. All leftover paint will be properly labeled and left behind for you to use for future touch ups.
